We're excited for you to receive your PurrVia products! All orders are processed and dispatched from our Canadian warehouse within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Shipping Within Canada
We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across Canada! No minimum purchase required. We partner with reliable carriers like Canada Post, Purolator, and others to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

Please note that these are estimates and can be affected by factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays. Rural or remote addresses may experience longer delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Important Shipping Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. PurrVia is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
- P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. Boxes within Canada via Canada Post.
- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund for the product cost (less original shipping fees, if any were applied).
International Shipping
Currently, PurrVia only ships to addresses within Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future! Stay tuned for updates.
