1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of the PurrVia.com website (the "Service", "Site") operated by PurrVia ("us", "we", or "our").

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Site shall be instituted in the courts of the Province of Ontario in the city of Toronto.

11. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
